When Can You Return?

• Product received is damaged or broken during transit
• Wrong product delivered — different from what you ordered
• Product is expired or has a manufacturing defect
• Sealed product with tampered packaging received

When Returns Are Not Accepted

• Product has been used, opened or the seal has been broken
• Return request raised after 7 days of delivery date
• Product damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
• Fragrance preference or personal dislike is not a valid return reason
• Items purchased during sale or with special discount coupons

How to Raise a Return Request

1. WhatsApp us at +91-99999-99999 within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/video of the product
3. Our team will verify and approve your return within 24 hours
4. Ship the product back in original packaging (we arrange pickup in most cases)
5. Refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product
