How do I place an order on Oud Al Abraj?
Simply browse our collection, add your favourite attar to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee of ₹30 is applicable on COD orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters the dispatch process and cannot be changed. Please WhatsApp us immediately if you need to make any changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Products & Fragrance
Are your attars alcohol-free and halal?
Yes! All our attars are 100% alcohol-free, pure oil-based and Halal certified. They are safe to use before prayers and suitable for the whole family.
How long does the fragrance last?
Our premium attars last 8 to 14 hours depending on the fragrance profile, your skin type and how you apply it. Oil-based attars generally last much longer than alcohol-based perfumes.
How should I apply attar for best results?
Apply 1–2 drops on pulse points — inner wrists, sides of neck, behind ears and inner elbows. Dab gently — do not rub. Applying on moisturised skin gives the best longevity.
How should I store my attar?
Store your attar in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Always keep the cap tightly closed. Proper storage can keep your attar fresh for 3–5 years.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in select metro cities for an additional ₹99.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹49.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also use our Track My Order page on the website.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong products. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Personal fragrance preference is not a valid return reason.
How long does refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
